Greetings and welcome to the Kentucky home page. As your state chair, I welcome the opportunity to assist you with your handbell ministry. I am nearing the end of my first term as your Kentucky State Chair and I am beginning to learn who and where you are, but I have also learned that there are bells in closets in many of our churches and schools in Kentucky that are not being used. It is my hope that, together, we can strengthen and develop the ministry of handbells in Kentucky.
