Welcome to the West Virginia homepage. The mountain state has a very active handbell community with many talented directors, composers, arrangers and musicians. When Area V isn’t sponsoring a spring festival in the Charleston area, the handbell enthusiast can often find local handbell workshops, concerts or director seminars in various areas of the state in the spring, summer or fall. Refer to the events calendar for an event near you.
